      Automakers report solid March auto and truck bargains 



Major automakers recorded a different solid month of auto and truck deals in March, commencing the imperative spring pitching season on a great note.

General Motors (GM, Fortune 500), Ford Motor (F, Fortune 500) and Chrysler Group all posted U.S. deals additions of 5% or better, while Toyota Motor (TM) bargains edged up 1% from a year prior. Chrysler Group posted its best bargains since December 2007.
