The parents of Amanda Bynes accept she's a substance abuser who has come to be jumpy, preposterous and is emptying her financial balance ... this as per legitimate docs acquired by source.
Amanda's folks documented papers in an endeavor to win an impermanent conservatorship. In the docs, they say Amanda has come to be "to a great degree jumpy about being viewed," and she blankets smoke alerts with towels and tapes windows close to avoid Polaroids from shooting her.
